Wagon Wheel Santa Maria Spice | Our Santa Maria spice is one of our favorites. We developed this spcie out of the need to enhance the natural flavor of all of our non-marinated meat and poultry products. We wanted to do this without the use of MSG. The development of this spice was a major success and some of our customers even use it on popcorn! The course sea salt base is what makes this spice so special, along with the garlic and black pepper. We also added a touch of sugar to assist with carmelization during cooking. Santa Maria Spice is a simple and all natural seasoning that goes well with most anything!
Suggested uses include: Garlic bread - season lightly and add a little shredded cheese Steaks, pork chops, chicken - season both sides liberally Prime Rib - cake on heavily Stir fry's - season to taste Baked potato, steamed veggies, soups, crock pot meals - season to taste | | |  | | |
