| | | | DELI COUNTER | Our full service deli is filled with products we produce right here in our store such as old fashioned rotisserie roast beef. We start with our USDA Choice Certified Premium beef top rounds. They are well trimmed and seasoned with our in house produced Santa Maria spice. We then cook them in our rotisserie oven the way a roast beef should be cooked! We don’t pump them with salt water and phosphates. They are just natural roast beef and natural seasoning. Nothing else. We don’t believe you can get a better roast beef anywhere.
Our pastrami is also made with the same quality. Once again we start with our USDA Choice Certified Premium beef. We cure and natural hickory wood smoke them in house. They are lean and flavorful. If you like pastrami you need to try ours. Even if you don’t like pastrami, you need to try ours!
With our smoked turkey we start with Foster Farms boneless turkey breasts. We sugar cure them and smoke them using only natural hickory smoke. Our smoked turkey has taken Grand Champion in the California Association of Meat Processors cured meat competition! It is truly a great product. Our smoked ham starts with a lean, boneless, skinless pork leg. We then sugar cure and natural hickory wood smoke these hams. They have a rich smokey flavor that has also taken Grand Champion at the cured meat competition!
Our corned beef is made with our USDA Choice Certified Premium bottom rounds. They are lean and tender. We corn them in house and offer them cooked in our deli. Try one of our Rubin sandwiches some time! Our lean corned beef, our fresh baked rye bread that we bake every day. Topped off with some of our refrigerated sour kraut – not from a jar. Finished off with a slice of natural swiss cheese! Wouldn’t you like to take a bite right now?
The girls make most of our salads in house, from pasta salad to baked beans. We have some wonderful family recipes that we make every day and certain items are available seasonally. Come in and give them a taste! Our full service deli has too many products to mention from exotic cheeses to prosciutto. We try to carry something for everyone’s taste. Come in and take a look and we would be happy to show you what we have. Special order items can be obtained for those special occasions also.
Our bakery section fills the store with wonderful aromas. The girls bake our breads fresh every day. We offer a large variety of traditional and specialty breads.. Fresh breads made daily include french, wheat, sourdough, ciabatta, garlic loaf, potato rosemary, sunflower, honey, rosemary olive oil, puglasi, ukranian and many more! We also offer fresh baked hamburger and hot dog buns (try our home made old fashioned style hot dogs too!). We can’t eat a burger or dog without one of our fresh baked buns anymore. Try them and I think you will feel the same way.
The girls also bake a large variety of pies and pastries from cinnamon rolls and scones to croissants and sticky buns! Come in and get a fresh cup of gourmet coffee and one of these tasty treats to go along.
